Ohio Food Manager Certification<\/strong>
\nOhio requires each retail food establishment to have a person-in-charge, an owner, or manager of a food establishment be a Certified Food Manager (CFM) as outlined in the Ohio’s Administrative Code – Food Protection Rule – Chapter
3701-21-25<\/a> – Food Safety Certification Program.<\/p>\n

To be fully certified, the ANSI Exam is also needed. This Exam certifies that each food manager has demonstrated – to a certifying organization – that he or she has the knowledge, skills and abilities required to protect the public from foodborne illness.<\/p>\n

Food Manager Training Course<\/strong>
The Food Safety Manager Principles Course provides a foundational knowledge of the FDA Food Code and covers foodborne hazards and pathogens, cross contamination, proper preparation and temperature controls, proper hygiene, proper cleaning and sanitation methods, regulations, and the proper techniques to maintain a food-safe environment.<\/p>\r\n

Audience:<\/strong> Experienced professionals in the food service industry, such as owner, manager, person-in-charge (PIC), chef, cook, or any employee.<\/p>\r\n
